How to Create the Perfect Jewelry Stack
At Anne Hunter Studio we love a jewelry stack, whether it’s a chain, bracelet, ring or earring, we agree that this is the best way to add some polish to your daily look. Accessories are always the finishing touch to any outfit you put together, but are often the hardest to navigate on their own, never mind talking about stacking multiple pieces at once. Well, we are here to take the guesswork out of jewelry stacking with our tips on what to incorporate to create the perfect combination.
Classic Jewelry Staples
Classic most certainly does not mean boring! Classic jewelry pieces are not only the pieces you’ll want to invest in, but they’re the ones that will stand the test of time in your jewelry collection. When we’re talking about creating a stack, these timeless beauties are the ones that are going to anchor your stack, balancing any texture or glimmering details you may be adding. Depending on the kind of stack you’re creating, you want to pull pieces with clean finishes and classic cuts.
Embrace Texture
This is where we can start to add a little fun! Once you’ve pulled your classic staples, feel free to add some texture to the stack to contrast your timeless pieces. This will add visual interest to an already elegant combo.. So what kind of texture should you be looking for? Think rings with unique finishes, beads or links such as a snake, herringbone or mesh chain.
Choose a statement
Last but certainly not least, we always want to make a statement. No pressure, but this will likely be the piece that eyes will be drawn to within your stack, so choose wisely.
